We’re so glad you’ve decided to check out West Side! You’ll find a list of commonly asked questions below. We hope you’ll join us soon.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

We are located at 215 Bypass 225, near Emerald High School,
in Greenwood, SC (29646).

WHERE DO I PARK?

We encourage you to use our main entrance on Bypass 225 South, where you can park in any spot in our largest parking lot. You will see most cars parked here. If you need handicap parking, we encourage you to park on the left side of our campus, completely opposite of the gym, where handicap parking is available near our worship center.

WHERE DO I GO?

Our main entrance to our worship center is on either side of the large wooden cross on our lawn. You will see our volunteers outside who are looking forward to meeting you, and helping you find your way around West Side.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

West Side has a “come as you are” atmosphere. You will see some dressed up, some dressed casually. We have no expectations for attire.

WHERE DO MY KIDS GO?

All babies, pre-school, and elementary age children come to the “West Side Kids” area. The West Side Kids entrance is located underneath the covered drive-thru.

All children ages fifth grade and younger check-in with a secure sticker system; the check-in process is quick and easy, and you’re given a secure code where only you can pick them up. In addition, all teachers and caregivers undergo a thorough background check before they’re allowed to serve with children. Your kids are safe at West Side!

WHAT’S A SUNDAY SERVICE LIKE?

Our Sunday services are typically an hour in length. West Side’s worship team leads both modern songs and traditional hymns. There is a special moment in the service where kids are invited to the front to hear a special message from God’s Word, and to attend Kid’s Worship in a nearby classroom. Each week you will hear dynamic, relatable preaching of God’s Word from our Lead Pastor, Kyle Richter. We also pray together, and give sacrificially through finances to God and His Kingdom work around the world.
